Website purpose

This website provides corporate and operational information about EL-TRANS Gostivar and offers ways to contact the relevant department. Website content is general information and is not, by itself, a binding quotation, order acceptance, technical approval, warranty or contract.

Enquiries and commercial confirmation

Contact and Request Supply submissions are requests for discussion. Quantities, destinations, timing, transport arrangements, product availability, prices, specifications and any other commercial terms must be confirmed directly by EL-TRANS before they become binding.

Operational and technical information

Published aggregate fractions, concrete labels and documented concrete classes are presented to help users identify the subject of an enquiry. Suitability for a particular project, engineering requirement or application must be confirmed with the relevant EL-TRANS department and, where appropriate, qualified project professionals.

Concrete credential information applies only to Concrete Production. It must not be read as a credential for Transport or Mining, and it does not mean that every commercial MB label is individually certified.

Accuracy and availability

EL-TRANS aims to keep the website accurate and useful, but website information may be updated, corrected or withdrawn. Images, descriptions and availability may change. Where website text conflicts with a specifically confirmed quotation, order or signed document, the specifically confirmed document controls.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or knowingly provide unlawful or misleading content. Automated or abusive submissions may be blocked.

Content and intellectual property

The EL-TRANS name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules or used with permission.
