Information we receive

When you submit a Contact or Request Supply form, we receive the information you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, optional phone number, department, message, material or aggregate fraction, quantity, destination or collection point, preferred timing and interface language.

The enquiry service also includes the source page and submission time in the message sent to EL-TRANS. For anti-abuse rate limiting, the server temporarily hashes the submitting IP address and keeps only recent request timestamps for approximately ten minutes. The website application does not place submitted enquiry content into a public database.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to receive, route and respond to your request, discuss transport, aggregate supply or concrete-production requirements, and protect the form service against abuse.

We use website analytics only after you choose to accept analytics measurement. Analytics events are designed to use page paths, form type and contact method; names, email addresses, phone numbers and message contents are not intentionally sent in those analytics events.

Service providers

Website enquiries are delivered through Resend to the EL-TRANS recipient inboxes. Hosting and mail infrastructure may process technical delivery information needed to operate the service.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics is loaded. The site also contains external links, including Google Maps and DesignHubMK; when you follow an external link, that provider applies its own privacy practices.

Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics does not load before analytics consent is granted. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time and switch to Essential only. A change applies to future measurement; data already transmitted before withdrawal is handled by the relevant provider under its applicable controls and policies.

Retention

EL-TRANS keeps enquiry communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, or meet applicable legal obligations. Technical anti-abuse timestamps expire from the application rate-limit window after approximately ten minutes. Service providers may keep operational records under their own settings and policies.

Your choices and rights

You may contact EL-TRANS to ask about personal information you submitted through the website and, where applicable, request access, correction or deletion. Applicable legal requirements or legitimate record-keeping needs may limit some requests.

You are not required to accept analytics in order to use the essential website functions or submit an enquiry.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, a honeypot, rate limiting and restricted server-side handling for enquiry delivery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
